Prior to your visit

Prior to your visit, you will be asked a series of screening questions, as well as provided guidance for your upcoming visit:

  1. Have you or anyone in your household traveled outside of Alaska in the last 10 days?

  2. Have you or anyone in your household traveled outside of Juneau within the state in the past 7 days?

  3. Have you had any cold, flu or COVID symptoms in the last 14 days?


Re-scheduling

Salon Cedar always works to re-schedule appointments at the next convenient time for our clients and stylists.


Mitigation protocols

  • All clients are required to respond to a 24 hour screening regarding travel and symptoms related to Covid 19

  • An appointment reschedule is required for:

    • clients/staff traveling outside Alaska, or living with individuals who have traveled outside of Alaska, within the past 10 days.

    • clients/staff traveling outside Juneau, or living with individuals who have traveled outside of Juneau, within the past 7 days.

    • clients/staff who have had any cold-like symptoms in the last 2 weeks

  • upon entering the salon clients/staff will sanitize their hands, sanitizer is provided

  • every stylist and client will be properly masked for every appointment

  • all stations are disinfected between appointments

  • all stylists will wash/sanitize their hands between appointments

Cancellation
Policy

Clients who miss appointments without notifying the salon 24 hours in advance will be charged for the full amount of their scheduled service.

No additional charge will be assessed to those clients who develop COVID symptoms within 24 hours of their appointment assuming they have notified the salon prior to the appointment.
